Definitions of basic terms, rights and restriction:

  1. General Terms

    Acceptance of terms and conditions of use
    By registration at XTRENO products or services, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. Therefore, you agree to comply with them now and throughout your membership period and after that.

    If you don’t agree to these terms and conditions of use, don’t use XTRENO products or service’. If you want to cancel your subscription after a change in the terms and conditions, you must write an email to request a cancellation of your membership. You acknowledge and agree that if you do select to cancel your account, XTRENO may delete any information that you have obtained with the use of our products/services. No features will be able to use it afterward. Canceled accounts will have all data deleted immediately upon withdrawing.

    Payment is made via an SSL encrypted connection. AFFILIC ApS handle the fee. And will appear as ”XTRENO” on your bank statement.

    Your Obligations & Responsibilities

    XTRENO assumes no further responsibility than what XTRENO is bound to by Danish law.

    You should be at least 18 years old. Alternatively, of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into the XTRENO terms and to form a binding agreement, for yourself, on behalf of the person or entity committed by you to the XTRENO terms. You shall own all rights in and to any content uploaded by you, including any designs, logos, artworks, images, videos, text, illustrations, compositions, fonts, and any other materials or otherwise, have the full power, title, licenses, consents, and authority necessary to legally publish, use, transfer or license any and all rights and interest in and to such content. The content is reliable, current, accurate. In no way unlawful for you to possess, post transmits, or display in the country in which your website operates, or where your website gets visitors. You have obtained permissions required under all applicable laws regarding the posting, transmission, and publication of any personal information and/or image of any person, entity, or property, which is part of the content.

    Limitation of Liability

    AFFILIC ApS assumes no further responsibilities than what AFFILIC ApS is bound to by Danish law. In case of a dispute or controversy, the parties submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Denmark.

    Billing & Payment Information

    It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date. You agree to pay for the services in advance of the period during which such services are provided. Unless otherwise provided, you agree that until and unless you notify XTRENO of your desire to cancel the services, you will be billed on an automatically recurring basis to prevent any disruption to your services, using your credit card or other billing information on file with us. XTRENO does not store payment information. All payments are made through SSL encrypted connections, which ensures maximum safety for the transactions. You acknowledge and agree that XTRENO will share any card and related billing and payment information that you provide with a third party partner, such as payment processor and/or acquirer. The registration is usually done via the campaign, starting with a trial period of 3 days. Trail period is charged EUR 2,95. The price varies according to the campaign running on the website. If you do not withdraw at the time your trial expires, your card will be charged the amount chosen upon registration accordingly: EUR 44,95 .

    Content

    All information, data, text, and all materials you post on your website via the XTRENO service are the sole responsibility of the person, which such content originated. You are responsible for all content uploaded to your site. We do not control the content you post via our products/services. Following content are not allowed: Unlawful, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, harmful, threatening, abusive invasive of another’s privacy (up to, but not excluding any address, email, phone number, or any other contact information without the written consent of the owner of such information), hateful, or racially ethnically or otherwise objectionable; Is adult in nature, such as any nudity in a sexual context or any content with adult themes; harm minors in any way; promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals.

    Rights to Charge Fees

    When you buy a subscription to XTRENO, we will automatically upgrade your account to membership, and you can immediately make use of your advantages. The membership works in the way that you will stay a member until you unsubscribe (please see cancellation terms below). When you agree to the subscription, you simultaneously agree to make these automatic payments for the full amount of €69,95 for 30 days, up until the subscription is ended.

    Promotional Campaigns

    XTRENO may offer promotional campaigns to new subscribers. The initial price cost is EUR 2,95. The introductory period is 3 days. The subscription cost is €44,95 and will continue to be billed on the subscribers’ credit card until canceled or unsubscribed by the subscriber, like any other subscription service.

    New Credit Card

    It is your responsibility to keep your card information updated. If XTRENO is not able to renew your subscription by charging the card, your subscription will be terminated. You can reactivate your subscription if you write an email to customer service.

    Cancellation

    You may change or cancel the services by giving XTRENO wrote notice via the email: help@www.xtreno.com You may discontinue to use and request to cancel your account and/or any XTRENO services at any time. Once we receive your cancellation request and have confirmed all the necessary information, we will inform you with an email that accepts that your account has been canceled. The effective date and time for such cancellation shall be the date and time on which you have sent the cancelation request. – Please note that the subscription can also be paused for an unlimited time due to traveling, or more extended vacations, etc. For all further inquires, please include in your email the following information: order numbers, customer number, full name, and email address. After cancellation, you will no longer have access to your website, and we may delete all information on your website. We accept no liability for such deleted information or content. – Please note that due to IT delay, you might receive an email confirming your cancelation within the first 48 hours.

    Anti-money Laundering Policy

    Be aware that XTRENO business practices prohibit bribery, corrupt behavior, and money laundering. You agree that you shall remain in compliance with all applicable laws that relate to commercial or public sector bribes, money laundering, terrorism (including but not limited to local anti-corruption laws, Canada’s Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions and the U.K. Bribery Act). Should you, at any point in time, fail to be compliant, XTRENO reserves the right to terminate your account without any notice or refund.

    Termination

    XTRENO may terminate your access to the services, in whole or in part, without notice if – You fail to pay any fees due – You violate this Agreement – Your conduct may harm XTRENO or others In such event, XTRENO shall not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination, and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges occurred prior to the effectiveness of such termination. Please note: Upon termination of the services for any reason: user content, user websites, and other data will be deleted.

    Return

    Your purchase of XTRENO is described as a subscription purchase, and therefore you have a legal cancellation period of 3 days. You can only cancel your subscription if you have NOT taken your subscription in use within 3 days. Your subscription will take you into use as soon as you make a purchase at one of our campaigns. Do you want to make use of the right of your cancellation, please write immediately after your purchase to our customer service by email: contact@www.xtreno.com and inform that you regret your purchase and wants to exercise the right of cancellation. Customer services will then help to cancel your subscription. All members start with a trial of 3 days. Within this period, it is possible to cancel the subscription before it continues at full price (see the pricing). Payment for subscriptions is non-refundable, as the service is used immediately after purchase.

This privacy policy describes how we collect and use the personal information you provide on the website.     Customer service is available by email and phone. Phone support is Monday to Friday 09:00 – 21:00 CET. You may contact customer service via the following contact details: contact@XTRENO.com It might take 48 hours on working days to answer your request due to IT delays. Customer service is closed during public holidays. Our customer service is well trained in our systems and can help you with everything from promotions, products, or cancellation of subscriptions. If there are questions the individual customer service representative is not able to answer, another employee will get back to you as soon as possible with answers to your inquiry.

    Your Acceptance

    By using XTRENO services, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with terms of services, please do not use our site. Your continued use of XTRENO services proves your awareness and acceptance of these terms. This is as long as you have the ‘Ultimate Weight Loss Package’ plan. Our most significant wish is satisfied customers. When you signed up for XTRENO, you agreed to a subscription, where the right of withdrawal only is valid upon entering into the Agreement, and not in relation to the ongoing payments. If you have to regret your purchase at XTRENO or just wish to stop your subscription, we urge you to contact the customer support. Persons who sign up with XTRENO always receive a trial subscription, in order to try out the service before deciding if it meets the requirements of the user. The trial period costs a smaller amount not higher than €2,95, and the period for the trial period is 3 days. Upon startup, the user gets access to the service and can use it, which is why the payment for the subscription cannot be refunded in any situation. In case you suspect that you have been a victim of fraud, we strongly recommend you contact our customer support, either by phone or email. All IPs and customer information will be traced and use for clarification of each case.
